| In case of cancellation of tour/travel services due to any reason/s we must be informed in writing via e-mail. Cancellation charges would be applicable from the same date we receive mail in writing and cancellation charges would be as follows: (this Cancellation Policy is not valid for group bookings). 45 days prior to arrival no cancellation charges (only 15% Processing Fees). 45 days to 25 days prior to arrival 35% of the Total Tour Package. 25 days to 15 days prior to arrival 50% of the Total Tour Package. 15 days prior of check in date 100% cancellation charges (NO REFUND). Flight/Train/Bus/Helicopter Tickets Cancellation Charges will be as per Service Provider Cancellation Policy This Cancellation Policy will not be Applicable for High Peak Time and Group Tour Booking |

| Check In-Out at 12:00 Noon (Early check in / late checkout in the hotel as per availability only and may be chargeable by hotels The Company is only Responsible Those Service Which are Charged from the Guest. All other Services Which are not paid by the guest to the Company are suggested services and Company is not Responsible for these kinds of Services. If due to the Reason beyond our control Like Riots, Flood, Accident, Traffic Jam, Landslide or Any other Natural or Man-Made Calamites, the program of the Tour has to be changed or extended, the Additional expenditure for the same will have to be borne by the Passengers. if Any Passengers, has to leave the tour mid-way, due to any reason like death of relative, or illness or Any Other Reasons, there shall be no refund for the remaining Portion of the tour. If the Passenger has any Complaints regarding our service like hotels, transport Etc. are advised to inform immediately so that the same be readdressed on the spot. No complaints or refund for the same be entertained after the tour programs. Buffet Meal will be Depends on Hotels Occupied Room otherwise hotels will provide table service. The guest should always keep cool with the drivers as they are not tourism educated and come from different remote villages. Anything extra from package inclusion will directly pay the Guest. Show your Id Proof at the time of Check in at hotel. Most Hotels do not allow unmarried/unrelated couples to Check-in, no refund will be applicable for such case. Vehicle will be for Point-to-Point base as per the Itinerary for Extra Services Guest have to Pay Directly to Driver. Driver Duty Time for Local Sight-Seeing at 9.00 Am to 6.00 Pm after that Guest have to Pay Extra Charges for Driver Allowance. Ac In Vehicle Will be Switched off in Hill Area (if Booked Ac vehicle) |

| Validity of the Quotation: |
| The quotation will remain valid up to Two Days Only after the date of sending. Afterwards Kites Holidays Expert Pvt Ltd reserves the right to alter or revise the prices when circumstances beyond the company’s control deem it necessary. |
